Following a full transformation, we are searching for a talented Bar Manager / Mixologist to craft an unforgettable drinking experience that matches the property's spectacular Lake Wakatipu views.This is not your average bar role, you'll lead the creation of a signature cocktail menu, curate a premium spirits selection, and work with our Head Chef to deliver seamless food and beverage pairings.
