The role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our market presence. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture essential customer relationships, provide educational support to enhance customer knowledge, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Organise meetings between client decision‑makers and the company's practice leaders / principals as necessary and prepare methodical approaches and sales presentations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
