About The Role

An opportunity has come up with us for a permanent Team Leader to join our Central Otago vineyard team. We are seeking a positive, experienced and self-motivated individual to join our small and dedicated vineyard team.

This is a varied role, based on the Mud House Claim 431 vineyard in Bendigo, and will lead and contribute to the daily operations and assisting the National Technical and Quality Manager ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.

The Central Otago Team Leader is responsible for implementing the vineyard work plan ensuring permanent and contract labour tasks are executed in a timely and safe manner. The role also contributes to machinery operations, frost fighting and coordination of vineyard and machinery repair and maintenance needs.
