Our mobile workforce of over 2,500 across Australia and New Zealand powers complex retail programmes with accuracy, speed to market and exceptional in-store execution.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven and collaborative Senior Account Manager to support the delivery of our national retail media programme across Foodstuffs NZ. This role is pivotal in ensuring campaigns are executed accurately every week, data flows seamlessly through our systems, and clients receive high-quality insights and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will have :
- Experience in FMCG, retail media, account management or a similar client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of in-store execution, retail operations, or media fulfilment
- High accuracy and confidence working with data, reporting tools and operational systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear actions
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients and external partners (e.g., print, IT, data & operations)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Key responsibilities :
- Manage weekly campaign cycles, ensuring job builds, briefs, and Q&A templates are accurate and delivered on schedule
- Work closely with Operations, IT, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store installations, audits and revisits
- Monitor compliance, suitability and store-level performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Reconcile and quality-check incoming API data, distribution lists, allocations and campaign splits
- Partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, escalate where required and maintain high service levels
- Prepare insights, reporting and campaign summaries for clients, supported by data from Tableau
- Contribute to process development, system improvements and continuous optimisation of the Media programme
- Support campaign planning, briefing and internal alignment to ensure execution success
