As an ESD Physiotherapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients transition safely and confidently from hospital to home, ensuring they regain independence sooner. About the Team

Our Early Supported Discharge team is a passionate, Multidisciplinary group dedicated to helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes. We’re a dynamic, transdisciplinary group of nurses and Allied Health professionals who collaborate closely to deliver personalised, home‑based rehabilitation.

About you

• Hold New Zealand registration and a current practising certification
• Holds a full New Zealand drivers' licence
• Strong problem‑solving ability
