Cook Brothers Hospitality – Auckland, North Island

Option to work 4 nights per week Wed - Sat and have Sunday to Tues off (3 days off) and still get full time hours

Or work 5 days a week with 2 days off and rotate out weekends with other managers

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for :

• You have experience managing a grunty venue with high sales in a gastro pub environment
• You are familiar working with bands and DJs and know how to create an awesome atmosphere
• You enjoy working nights on the busiest shifts and will do whatever you can to keep the party going and ensure sales are maximised
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• A managers certificate or LCQ is required
• You’re looking for a long term career in hospitality

The pints are cold, the prices and cheap and we can guarantee you a good night! Formally known as Fort Street Union, our bar has recently undergone a makeover like none other.
