We're FIRST Security, one of New Zealand's market leaders in security.

As an EMS (Electronic Monitoring Service) Field Officer at FIRST Security, you will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non‑custodial sentence; you will attend to locations such as courts, prisons, and residential homes as required to conduct these installs or call‑outs.

You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.

About the role :

• Rotating roster
• Pay rate starting at $23.50 per hour
• Pay rate of $28.95 per hour when fully trained in EMS.
• Hours of work - 24 / 7 rotating roster
• Full and ongoing Training provided

You will be required to assist in other business sector if required.
