What You’ll Do

Handle incoming reservation requests with speed, accuracy, and genuine enthusiasm

Manage bookings across multiple channels (phone, email, online platforms)

Provide guests with helpful, friendly recommendations and information

Keep our reservation system spotless and up-to-date

Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Troubleshoot scheduling puzzles like a pro
