The primary function of the Manager – Tauira Recruitment is to manage the tauira engagement and recruitment functions in the takiwa.

Role : Permanent Full Time

Location : Porirua

Hours : 37.5 hour per week

Days : Monday - Friday

As Manager – Tauira Recruitment, you will :

• Collaborate with Te Puna Matauranga to design and implement annual tauira recruitment plans for the takiwa
• Support the takiwa to develop networks with stakeholders, including hapu and iwi, government agencies, community, schools, tertiary providers and industry
• Collaborate with Te Puna Matauranga to implement takiwa marketing campaigns across agreed channels during recruitment phases
• Provide leadership, performance management and support for all direct reports
• Ensure the wellbeing, health and safety of staff is supported in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures
