Auckland hosts our global software centre of excellence where we develop a portfolio of cloud platforms and applications. We’re seeking a skilled Senior iOS Developer to join our high‑achieving Auckland team within a squad focused on SmartFlow.

The SmartFlow product is an In‑Hospital product consisting primarily of a digital whiteboard, a dynamic hospital record, and invoicing / billing functionality. The core purpose is to provide veterinary staff with an easy‑to‑use and modern alternative to traditional In‑Hospital “pen and paper” workflows. SmartFlow is currently used primarily by Enterprise customers in the USA.

The team recently completed a major backend upgrade and significantly enhanced iOS app performance. As we transition to new feature development, you, as a Senior iOS Engineer, will build on this strong foundation, driving innovative solutions. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the next evolution of our product.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain advanced applications for iOS (iPad) using Swift & Objective‑C
• Lead the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring features are intuitive and performant on iPad devices
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the application
• Integrate with backend services, APIs and cloud‑based solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs and crashes quickly
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership
