We are seeking several talented individuals to join our Acquiring Product team within Corporate Banking as Managers, Product and Pricing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape pricing strategy, drive data-led decision-making, and influence outcomes across a high-impact area of the business.

The role

In this role, you'll identify, develop, and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions.

You'll work closely with the Product Managers to deliver pricing analysis and recommendations for key customers, while leading the development of data insights and dashboards that enable self-service across Product and Frontline teams.

You'll collaborate with Technology teams to enhance data capability, including cloud services, and maintain in-life monitoring and portfolio performance tools to support strong risk management.

You'll also manage pricing models, oversee technical solution development, and play a key role in assessing and implementing regulatory and scheme compliance changes.

Your work will support regulatory engagement, reporting, and customer remediation activities, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring advanced analytical skills and expertise in tools such as SQL, Excel, GDW, and cloud platforms.

You'll have strong business acumen and financial literacy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities through data and interpret financial reporting.

Your background will include extensive experience with Business Banking products, strategic thinking, and project management.

You'll be a confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work across teams including Distribution, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
