Job description

Chubb New Zealand is looking for a skilled and energetic person with relevant qualifications or experience in the Fire industry to service Fire Alarm Systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following attributes :

Proven fire alarm experience in New Zealand
Knowledge of New Zealand Fire Standards
High knowledge of fire alarm products / services and relevant industry standards
Ability to manage your own time and commitments
High personal and professional standards
Great team player

The main responsibilities of this role are :

Daily service work and completion of small projects

Testing / surveying of fire protection systems and equipment on customer premises to meet Chubb Standards and NZ Regulatory Industry Standards

Identify defects, service, and repair of systems and equipment

On-call after hours service as per roster

While working independently, you'll have the support of a great team and opportunities to build your skills and experience. Further qualification opportunities may also be available.
