About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our member-facing product development teams.

In this role, you'll help bring Southern Cross's vision to life by delivering personalised, data-driven digital experiences that create measurable outcomes for our members.

You'll work with cutting-edge platforms and technologies, help shape and test new propositions, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure every solution is impactful and meaningful for real-world users.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with the Delivery Lead to translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans.

Shape and refine member-facing propositions — from pilots and MVPs to external platform integrations.

Analyse behavioural data and member feedback to inform digital pathways and solution design.

Coordinate across squads, vendors, and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and on track.

Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams (product, design, clinical, legal, vendors) to align on platform capabilities and member experience goals.

Support test-and-learn initiatives to validate customer experience and proposition fit.

Clearly document requirements, processes, and solution options for shared understanding.

Lead, support, and mentor other Business Analysts and SMEs to drive high-quality delivery.

Contribute to the Business Analyst community of practice, sharing knowledge and innovation.

About You

Proven experience as a Senior BA in an agile, product-focused environment.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to create clarity from ambiguity.

Solid experience in solution analysis, road-mapping, and coordinating complex delivery.

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams.

Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach.

Adaptable, growth-minded, and motivated by the opportunity to improve health outcomes through innovation.
