Corrections Clinical Lead

We’re looking for a Corrections Clinical Lead to guide and inspire a talented team working across South and Central Auckland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and grow a dedicated group of practitioners delivering transformative work within corrections environments.

What you’ll do :

• Lead, coach, and empower AOD, Peer Support, and Wairua / Rongoā Practitioners
• Deliver assessments, brief interventions, and group programmes with care and integrity
• Champion Te Ao Māori values and trauma-informed, restorative practice
• Collaborate closely with Corrections and Mahitahi Trust to ensure seamless, person-centred care
• Drive quality improvement, service design, and clinical excellence across the service
