Document Controller Admin | R&I Lab

Responsibilities

• Establish document control procedures for the classification and filing of documents, including implementing a system for quick and easy retrieval of multiple documents.
• Be the contact person for all documents pertaining to the project, including receiving, tracking and monitoring documentation.
• Input drawing information for reports and logging database.
• Check the accuracy of transmittals.
• Keep the document control systems up to date.
• Respond to internal, external, and ad‑hoc documentation requests.
• Control the accessibility of the project’s documents, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the documents.
• Track the progress of the project documentation.
• Other ad‑hoc assignments by reporting superior.
