    You’ll foster strong, profitable relationships with ourdedicated Asian client base, ensuring their needs are met and their businessescontinue to grow with us. As acustomer champion, you’ll be tasked withunderstanding the unique needs and preferences of Asian customers anddelivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your efforts willdirectly contribute to revenue growth and long-term client success.

    WhatYou'll Be Doing

    • A dynamic blend ofbusiness developmentandaccountmanagement
    • Prospecting for new business across theAucklandregion, leveraging your network to target a wide variety of ethnic clients
    • Managing and growing a portfolio of warmaccounts with an active call cycle to maintain high levels of customersatisfaction
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensureaccurate product forecasting and alignment with customer and supplier needs
    • Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven ability to build rapport and long-lastingcustomer relationships
    • Confident communicator fluent inEnglishand Cantonese / Mandarin
    • Relevanttrade or hospitality experience
    • Strongproblem-solvingandsolutions-focusedapproach
    • Experience inlead generationandbusinessdevelopmentwith a strong network of contacts
    • Solidanalytical skillsand productknowledge
    • Ability to manage budgets, returns, andpromotional expenses against sales targets
    • Collaborative mindset to work closely withProcurementandWarehouseOperations
