We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead the growth of our e-commerce and marketplace channels, specifically Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop . This role is focused on driving sales, optimising campaigns, and scaling our marketplace presence through a mix of performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and growth strategies .

You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, analysing performance data, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets across multiple digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce & Marketplace Management

Manage and optimise storefronts on Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop .

  • Implement marketplace SEO (product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords) to maximise visibility.
  • Create, monitor, and optimise sponsored ads and promotions across each platform.
  • Performance Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across Amazon, Ebay and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Build and optimise funnels for customer acquisition and retention .
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Content & Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate with creative teams to deliver engaging product imagery, A+ content, and ad creatives.

  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and sales growth across platforms.

  • Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct A / B testing on listings, ads, and funnels to continuously improve results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the supply chain, product, and marketing teams to align on inventory, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Liaise with platform representatives (Amazon, eBay, TikTok) to stay updated on best practices and new features.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop for an e-commerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace and website SEO, sponsored ads, and product listing optimisation .
  • Hands-on experience with shoppable in-feed videos, Spark Ads, livestream shopping ads, collection and dynamic showcase ads, product showcase placements, and sponsored listings in the Shop Tab
  • Experience of recruiting creators, manage partnerships, and drive sales through affiliate campaigns, performance tracking, and influencer collaborations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Merchant Words, or equivalent for Amazon growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, and marketplace dashboards .
  • Creative mindset with ability to brief and collaborate with designers for content assets.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple campaigns across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance profitability, growth, and ROAS targets.
