This is a Auckland-based permanent position with a salary range of $68,380-$77,359 plus KiwiSaver and Wellness Benefits.
About the Role
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and supporting market integrity?
We administer critical compliance functions on behalf of the Registrar of Companies to help corporate entities meet their legal obligations.
We are looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to join our team and make a difference.
What you'll do
Administer compliance functions for the Registrar of Companies and other statutory offices
Work collaboratively with the Investigator and Business Registries teams to uphold market integrity
Contribute to compliance and enforcement strategies to ensure fair and thriving markets
Liaise with other agencies and draft clear, concise reports
Analyse complex problems and develop effective, workable solutions
Skills and Experience Required
Knowledge of the statutory functions of the Registrar of Companies and relevant legislation
Proven experience with registry systems and compliance processes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities, even in time sensitive situations
Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
