As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our amenities, providing packing backfill support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our packing lines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with our company.Key Responsibilities : Clean and maintain amenities, including the cafeteria, change rooms, main office, toilets, and kitchenetteProvide packing backfill support during breaks and absencesAssist with packing line start-up and shutdownOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot packing machines as per standard operating proceduresConduct routine quality checks and report any issues promptlyWork effectively with other team members to meet daily packing targets and minimize downtime and wasteWe're looking for someone with : Previous experience in a food manufacturing / packing environment is a bonus!

Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and basic quality guidelinesMechanical aptitude or familiarity with packing equipment is an advantageAbility to follow procedures and maintain attention to detailPhysically fit – able to lift, bend, and stand for long periodsBasic computer or touchscreen system literacyAbility to work efficiently unsupervisedDesirable : Experience as a Machine OperatorLean manufacturing experienceFMCG experienceWhy Join Us?
