The Role :
We have an opportunity for a Cloud Engineer to join our team and you will fit in well here if -

We'll expect you to have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Azure cloud experience - 2 - 3 years of experience in implementing, supporting, administering, and monitoring Azure IaaS and PaaS environments
Web hosting experience – 1 - 2 years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting publicly available web applications
Strong knowledge in cloud solutions design inc.
Virtual Networks, Load Balancing, Front End, Proxy, WAF
AKS or Kubernetes experience in implementing, supporting, administering, and monitoring containerized environments
Strong knowledge of virtual machines, compute, storage, network components, including backup, monitoring and DR environment requirements
Strong knowledge in network design incl.
CIDR, VPN, DNS
Experience with implementing and maintaining logging and monitoring systems
An understanding of vulnerabilities and security in cloud environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
It's great, but not required to have :
Experience with maintaining on-prem and cloud-based Splunk instances including ingestion, search and dashboards
Understanding of source control systems such as Azure DevOps or Git
