OneStaff New Plymouth is the leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to many industrial-based clients in New Plymouth. With the traffic sector growing rapidly we are looking for Traffic Management workers, TMOs, TC and STMS for ongoing assignments throughout Taranaki. Reporting to the Operations Manager or STMS on-site, you will be involved in the safe and effective traffic management services for roading, construction, civil works, infrastructure and special events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times
• Follow traffic management plans (TMP)
• Ensure the site is set up as per the TMP and is compliant
• Loading and unloading of equipment on site
• Direct traffic through the use of Stop / Go signs and using RT devices
• Hands on labouring i.e. digging and site clean-ups
• Contribute to the team
• Carry out all duties in a professional, tidy, and thorough manner
