This role is focused on supporting the launch of new Hip-Hop / R&B music releases targeting Portuguese-speaking audiences in Angola, Portugal, and Brazil. The position involves collaborating with an independent artist to build a professional team for each song, ensuring effective marketing, distribution, publishing, and visual presentation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lusophone music scene and experience supporting artists with international influences. The work is project-based, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration on future releases.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to the lusophone Hip-Hop / R&B market.
• Manage social media strategy and content across platforms, including campaign scheduling and audience engagement.
• Oversee music distribution and release processes, including uploads to major platforms and editorial pitching.
• Coordinate licensing and publishing tasks, ensuring all registrations and rights are properly managed.
• Direct the creation of visual assets, such as cover art and lyric videos, in collaboration with visual artists.
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance and release milestones.
