What You’ll Do

Respond to WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins warmly and log leads into our CRM.

Schedule employer–helper interviews and send reminders.

Prepare biodata packs and keep interview processes running smoothly.

Create simple Canva posts / captions and help monitor social media.

Support day-to-day branch operations and assist customers in person.

Who We’re Looking For

Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys customer interaction.

Organised multitasker, comfortable juggling leads and schedules.

Digitally comfortable (WhatsApp Business, Canva, social media).

Quick learner — ready to pick up CRM and new tools.

1–2 years’ admin or customer service experience preferred; motivated candidates who are eager for success welcome

What You’ll Get

Salary : $2,200 – $2,800 depending on experience.

Performance bonuses linked to branch results.

5-day week + half-day Saturday rotation.

Training in CRM, digital tools, and marketing.
