Our partner is seeking experienced PowerPoint formatting specialists to support an ongoing professional presentation project with a fast-moving organization. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel at visual consistency, slide cleanup, and detail-oriented formatting. Freelancers will be responsible for elevating slide design strictly through layout and formatting—no content creation is required. This is a formatting-only engagement ideal for those with high availability.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and standardize PowerPoint decks to ensure visual polish and consistency
Apply consistent slide layouts, font treatments, and spacing
Format tables, charts, and graphics to align with provided templates or style guides
Troubleshoot formatting issues across complex or multi-author decks
Implement feedback quickly and accurately across multiple versions

Ideal Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint formatting across professional or corporate decks

2+ years of experience working on high-volume or deadline-driven presentation formatting projects

Comfortable with repetitive, formatting-focused work

Ability to follow specific style guides and formatting instructions precisely
