If you have a passion for working with clients and their whanau to support them through their health journey and have previous experience in a health setting we would love to hear from you.

The Social Work team is a small dynamic team that works in an interdisciplinary manner both within the hospital and in the community, and has strong links with the wider Allied Health team, Community Nursing and local community support services.

This is a part time, permanent role working 48 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE)

About the Team / Service / Location

The Social Work team is part of the wider Allied Health multidisciplinary team providing support to clients, their whanau and community.

The team is based at Masterton Hospital and works across the Wairarapa region with patients and their whanau in acute inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

About You

NZ Registered Social Worker with current Annual Practicing Certificate.

Current full NZ driver's licence with ability to drive a manual and automatic car.

Minimum of 3 years clinical practice essential.
