The Supply Chain and Accounts Administration role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency of our supply chain and office administration. This important role is essential to our continued ability to deliver exceptional product quality and service to our clients as well as providing documentation with accuracy and efficiency (from production to delivery).
This role requires accurate data entry as well as great communication, teamwork and collaboration with the whole team e.g. finance, customer services and supply chain stakeholders. Tasks include coordination of all shipping related documentation, capturing and recording details with accuracy of all purchase orders and consignments to support the Supply Chain Manager. The role requires basic accounting functions including receivables & payables as well as provide customer service & procurement support.
The role will also require oversight of all things ‘office’ related e.g. office organisation, supplies and equipment. Ideally, this role would suit an energetic "numbers / data orientated" administrator who loves a busy day full of variety, loves to learn new skills and grow in the role under the guidance of an experienced supply chain operations master!
