We’re searching for someone to help keep our team of drivers and fleet of vehicles moving.
- Entering bookings as they come in
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Take vehicles for WOF / COF
- Take vehicles to mechanic
- Assist with fleet management and suppliers
- Drive vehicle to destinations in accordance with regulations and company procedures
- Own our Health & Safety process, including driver training
- Meet and greet passengers at airport during busy times.
- Assist with luggage / cargo transfers.
- Manage job schedules using Google Sheets
- Accurately capture passenger changes as they come up and relay information to operations.
- Relay relevant vehicle updates to management.
- Track flights using Flightradar.

Required :
- 2 years operational / logistics experience.
- Good IT literacy (Google Workspace, and comfortable with devices + apps).
Willing to get :
- It’s no secret, we get busy. If you’re willing to get your ‘P’ endorsement so you can hop in the drivers seat during busy times, that’s a big plus.

Location : Rolleston (+ remote)
