Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Saturday : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for everything customer experience, always thinking from the customers' point of view.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
