The Role
Multiple full-time positions available
Intake date - October 2025
Must be flexible with days and hours throughout the week
Operate 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm, potential weekend work
Temporary contract (6 months) with a high chance of extension or permanent placement
Set shifts for predictable scheduling
3 weeks of paid training
Located in a modern office in central Wellington

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, You Will
Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
Log incidents and manage support processes

Role
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres.
To succeed in this role, you MUST have :
Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
Problem-solving skills
Clear criminal history and credit check
NZ residency or citizenship
