Short Description :
In the role of TA, you will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement.
This will also involve leading test execution and defect management.
You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc.
Should be good mentor and guide the team members.
You will also contribute in creating solutions and approach for proposals on QA for our customers.
Academics and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4-8 years of experience with Information Technology
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline

Salary Range :Skill / Competency Requirements
Participate in agile meetings, during each iteration to understand user stories and to create a robust set of test cases
Design, develop, and execute tests to validate solutions and environments
Identify, report, and manage defects in defect tracking system
Work with the development team to understand what changes in the software affect which tests
Continuous collaboration with the agile team including developers, business analysts and product owners throughout the product lifecycle
Ensure that the final product is working properly before it is released
Provide feedback to the development team to ensure solutions are testable
Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
Mandatory skills
Proven experience as a manual / functional tester in Fintech / Insurance / Billing / Payroll domain.
Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.
Proficiency in API testing
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
Good to have - Hands On experience of Browser Stack (for cross browser compatibility testing) and X-ray (Test Management Tool)
