Manawa Recruitment are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to anchor a recently established consultancy office, backed by a respected company Director and built on strong relationships with key regional clients.

This is a unique-to-market opportunity to shape long-term development across Hawkes Bay and surrounding provincial centres.

Current Projects

A 900-lot residential development – construction commencing

A social and health services redevelopment for a prominent iwi organisation – currently in design

A supermarket upgrade – enhancing community access and experience

Architecturally designed infill housing – smart, sustainable urban solutions

About You

5+ years' experience in a local consultancy environment

Proven ability in construction observation on large-scale developments

Proficiency in Civil 3D design software

Strong skills in contract management and claims

A client-facing, grounded and personable approach to relationship building
