Standards Review Lead - HPV Primary Screening - Prevention - NPHS (Fixed Term)

About the Role
We have the opportunity available to join the National Public Health Service (NPHS) Prevention Directorate as a Standards Review Lead within our National Cervical Screening Programme (NCSP) team. This is a fixed term, full-time role.
The Standards Review Lead / Senior Advisor is a mid-level advisor with strong subject matter expertise, writing and relationship skills, and capable of leading a project of work. In this role you will finalise and complete the NCSP Clinical Practice Guidelines and Service Standards. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and facilitating ongoing training for clinicians and screen-takers. Provide advice to support, maintain and improve the delivery of a high-quality National Cervical Screening Programme including contributing to continuous improvement in processes and practices within the team.

About you
You will bring with you, previous experience in delivering high quality and safety focused clinical practice guidelines and service standards for programmes of work. You have strong analytical skills combined with an ability to quickly assimilate new information, and to write and talk about complex issues. You are able to show initiative, work flexibly while positively contributing to the whole team.
