Sign Installation and Production - Experienced Lead Installer

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) individual for Sign Installation and Production with proven expertise. You will already have experience in the production and installation of a broad range of signage, enabling you to work independently and efficiently.

You will work as a lead installer guiding other installers or contractors.

Installation work is the primary focus and will include all kinds of building and vehicle signage. Vehicle wrap expertise is a definite advantage.

Production will include printing, laminating, weeding, laying up panels, construction of illuminated signs. Experience operating a CNC machine would be valuable.

As a Signage pro you will be a key member of our dynamic team, contributing to our reputation of delivering exceptional signage solutions. Our team thrives on collaboration across sales, design, production and installation and it shows in our impactful signage solutions.

As the role involves working outdoors, including lifting, climbing and occasional excavation, you need to be fit and strong and be comfortable working at heights. Attention to detail, precise workmanship, accurate measurement and competent use of power tools are essential. Safety for you and your team must be a priority.

Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work is required, although this is infrequent.

Skills required :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the signage industry.
• You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, (Site Safe certification).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Full driver's license.
• Comfort working at heights (MEWP qualification preferred).
• Previous carpentry or related experience is advantageous.
