Job descriptionPlan, design, and update menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards. Monitor food quality, portion control, and timely service. Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen team members to maintain high standards. Oversee kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance. At least one year of experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant hospitality area OR Relevant Diploma qualification or higher Must be able to work from 6 am until late at night (depending on a roster) Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and passion for food, with knowledge of diverse cuisines. New Zealand Citizen or Resident Work Visa (include visa type and expiry date)

Hours : Minimum 35 hours and Maximum 40 hours per week, rostered across 7 days (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays)
