About the role | Mo te turanga mahi
We have a 13-month fixed term opportunity for experienced Project Manager. As a Project Manager in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Programme, you'll lead the delivery of initiatives that improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders and sustainability of the ACC scheme. You'll work across a diverse programme of work that includes the claims management model, the long-term claims pool, social rehabilitation investment, and elective surgery access.
You'll be responsible for managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-stream projects. This role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and policy teams, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in client experience and system performance.
About you | Mou
A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a large and complex organisation, including business and technology change. Experience in government and health would be beneficial,
Demonstrated strong delivery and leadership,
Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
High quality presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience,
Strong time management and organisational skills, and
Strong ability to manage complex project budget, governance, reporting and risk,
Knowledge and experience working with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies (qualification would be beneficial)

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117,787 - $166,288 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
