Job Description
- Oversees front office operations during their shift, ensuring smooth guest service and staff coordination.
- Handles guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervises front office staff and supports them in delivering high service standards.
- Coordinates with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to resolve guest or operational issues.
- Acts as the hotel’s representative in the absence of senior management, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
