Work Location : Auckland Region

Employment type : Full time (minimum 30 hours / per week, Monday to Saturday) , Permanent role

Our pay : $29.00 -$35.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

We are a kitchen manufacturing company based in Auckland .

We are now looking for 3 Cabinetmakers to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company.

Tasks you may carry out :

• Studying design plans and drawings to determine materials, dimensions and installation procedures
• Selecting timbers and other materials, and preparing layouts
• Measuring and cutting materials to the right size and shape
• Preparing and assembling the wood parts to make cabinet furniture or form sections of build-in furniture
• Erecting and installing cabinets, drawers, shelves and boards
• Fitting and repairing hardware, such as hinges, locks and catches
• Refurbishing and repairing the existing wood furniture and fittings
• Maintain and clean company power tools and equipment
• Ensuring that all activities undertaken are compliant with related regulations
• Prompt reporting of equipment defects and damage to management
