Our tower portfolio of over 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand.As one of two Customer Relationship Managers at Connexa you will be accountable for delivering and sustaining commercial outcomes for your nominated accounts.
You will develop a deep understanding of our customers' business drivers and success criteria, co-designing and executing sales / business development strategies and growing profitable revenue.
You will also manage customer data and records, organise meetings and communications, coordinate cross-functional teams, document processes, and maintain customer information, including generating reports, account planning and execution to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.The role will suit a rising star customer relationship professional who is now looking to supercharge their career in a dynamic and growing company.
Ideally you will have a passion for telco and you will pride yourself on your ability to build and nurture long-term sustainable customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesBeing the voice of Connexa within the customer and the voice of the customer within ConnexaFacilitating and attending commercial and strategic governance forums, including collating metrics and minutesCreating relevant solutions to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growthManaging commercial governance, including pricing, site order confirmations, contract negotiations and operational escalationsTracking and monitoring operational and performance metricsContributing to the development of sales and product strategies and executing agreed strategies for win : win outcomesIdentifying customer and market trends, opportunities and threatsHelping identify new revenue streams, business innovation and marketing opportunitiesRequirementsPrior experience in a sales / account / relationship management roleA customer-first attitude, excellent at building and maintaining strong enduring relationshipsDemonstrable success of delivering to sales targets and identifying new revenue opportunitiesStrong network within the NZ telco market / industry (preferred)Knowledge of the market / industry - technology, trends, vendors, competitive landscapeAbility to work both independently and as part of a team - proactive and hands onAdaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and evolving / growing work environmentExcellent communication skills in all formatsA creative approach to problem-solvingAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholdersA recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplaceA growth mindset and desire for continuous improvementAlignment with our values : Ambition; Innovation; Collaboration and IntegrityBenefitsIn return for your efforts, you will also be rewarded with a competitive annual salary and benefits package.
