We are looking for 2 Chefs  to join our company

We are looking chef for the two locations :

The Landing Restaurant & Bar at 2 Onehunga Harbour Road, Auckland Central, Auckland

Tactics Sports Bar  at13 Aviemore Drive, Highland Park, Auckland 2010, New Zealand

At least 2 years of relevant experience or  qualifications at level 4 ( certificate / Diploma).

The job descriptions :

Plans and organises the preparation and cooking of food in a dining or catering establishment.

planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies

monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff

demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

preparing and cooking food

explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

may select and train staff

may freeze and preserve foods

Follow Health and safety policies

May Trained kitchen staff

Job Type : Permanent and ongoing

Pay Rate : $ per hour

Hours : 30-40 per week

Weekend availabilty : Must be able to work on weekends and Late nights
