Broker Support

Greenlight Insurance Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Broker Support to join our team in Tauranga.

This full-time role is essential in ensuring our clients receive seamless, high-quality service at all times.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide client and administrative support for aligned brokers, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Process policy changes, including new business, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist brokers with managing renewals and ensuring timely attention to cancellation notices.
• Act as the key contact for brokers' clients in their absence.
• Provide support to ensure satisfactory progress of client's claims.
