About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Leader to drive sales, market leadership, and growth across ElectroNet Consulting. This is a senior leadership role within ElectroNet Consulting, accountable for both maintaining existing business and developing new opportunities to meet our business plan targets.

You will lead the planning and development of our sales and marketing functions, establish promotional strategies, and implement business development systems and processes. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to shape the future of ElectroNet Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Leadership : Drive business development activities to ensure consistent workflow and meet performance targets.
  • Strategic Growth : Implement and evolve the strategic growth plan, expanding our market share and client base.
  • Brand Development : Support the GM in building the ElectroNet Consulting brand through relationship building, industry events, and professional affiliations.
  • Market Intelligence : Identify new market opportunities and contribute to ongoing market analysis.
  • Leadership Support : Provide overarching leadership across all business functions, supporting team engagement and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development and senior leadership roles, ideally within engineering consultancy or power engineering.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative leader who empowers teams and drives performance.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
