Class 1 And 2 Heavy Machine Operators Wanted!

We are seeking skilled and non-skilled Asphalt Workers to join our dedicated team in the Waikato region.

You'll be an integral part of our team, assisting with a wide range of civil construction projects!

This is a night shift role, Sunday to Thursday, 6pm-4am (can be subject to change depending on project requirements.)Previous experience in Asphalt labouring or machine operating would be an advantage but if you have a keen attitude and a willingness to learn, keep reading.In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for : Hand-laying, spreading, smoothing, and finishing asphalt on footpaths and kerbs.Operating rollers and plate compactors to ensure durable, high-quality surfaces.Maintaining a safe, efficient work environment while focused on workmanship and teamwork.Key Skills & QualificationsFull Class 1 New Zealand Driver's Licence (Class 2 desirable)WTR endorsements and / or Roller experience.Experience in asphalt or civil construction is an advantage-training can be provided if you have a willingness to learn.Strong commitment to Health & Safety.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Pay rate will be dependent on experience, ranging from $28-$31 an hour.If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW to avoid missing out!
