We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performing Operations team at New Image International. Based at our Head Office in Mangere Bridge, this pivotal role ensures the smooth execution of global import / export logistics for air and seafreight, regulatory compliance, and internal coordination across supply chain functions.

This is more than just a coordination role; it’s at the heart of ensuring operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across international markets. You’ll also play a key role in supporting audits, continuous improvement, and maintaining our high standards in product safety and quality.

Note : This position is a 9-month parental leave cover .

About the role – Te tūranga mahi

As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the end-to-end movement of goods across borders; from predominantly export documentation and compliance to freight coordination and internal systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with warehouse, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, as well as external partners like MPI, customs brokers, and freight agents.

This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, being a team player with an up and go attitude, and a passion for logistics and compliance.

Standard in-office, full-time hours apply; flexibility may be discussed for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing – Ngā kawenga matua

• Coordinating all import / export logistics, including container movements, airfreight, courier collections, and freight bookings.
• Preparing export documentation using MPI eCert and other regulatory systems.
• Ensuring compliance with customs, trade laws, and internal policies.
• Managing internal inventory systems and updating shipping schedules.
• Processing invoices, billing, and customer documentation.
• Following RMP SOPs.
• Supporting and sharing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handling customer complaints and returns with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborating across departments to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
