We’re seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing team. Based in Auckland, you’ll work across several active projects while supporting upcoming developments currently moving through the planning and approval stages.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our developments—guiding buyers through the section and land‑purchase journey while helping builders and clients understand how each site fits into their future projects. You will play a key role in simplifying the acquisition and build process, ensuring buyers and builders feel confident every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and nurture leads from first contact through to successful sale of sections
• Prepare, present, and guide buyers through the Sale & Purchase Agreement process, ensuring clarity, compliance, and a smooth pathway to satisfaction of conditions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients and builders
• Present and promote current and upcoming Myland Partners developments with confidence and clarity
• Host site visits, builder walk‑throughs, and buyer appointments, ensuring all parties understand the land, its potential, and important build considerations
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the land acquisition and build process, clearly explaining site requirements, covenants, geotechnical considerations, and development stages
• Work closely with marketing and development teams to support project launches and ongoing campaigns
• Contribute to sales strategies that drive strong, sustainable results across all Myland Partners projects
