We're looking for a motivated and people-focused

Assistant Store Manager

to support the team at

Onehunga Outlet store

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.

Here's what's on offer :

Role – Assistant Store Manager

Rostered Hours : Sunday to Thursday

Minimum Hours : 33.5 per week

Hourly Rate :

What your day will look like :

Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations

Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock

You'll thrive in this role if you :

Have retail leadership experience or you're ready for that next step

Know how to lead by example and energise a team

Have a strong eye for detail and store presentation
