Mō te tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for a Rural Hub Manager to lead our Hamilton‑based team on a 2‑year fixed term or secondment. In this key leadership role, you’ll empower a team of relationship experts, ensuring efficient workflow, managing operational and credit risks, and fostering strong customer relationships. You’ll play a pivotal part in developing business strategies and driving the growth and resilience of rural businesses.

Ō pūkenga | About you

You are a passionate people leader with proven experience in coaching and mentoring. You bring at least 3 years of people management and 5 years in banking, ideally with rural or commercial experience. Your strengths include business development, negotiation, and networking, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You have led successful sales teams, managed change, and possess strong credit and financial analysis abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Rural / Agricultural / Commerce or equivalent is preferred.
