We are looking for a full-time Project Administrator to join us.
Ideal candidates should have :
at least 3 years relevant experience or a level 5 or above qualification in business field.
Strong personality or communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Long-term and full commitments are required.
Responsibilities for the position :
Review work order requests, assign and manage technician / trade schedules, and maintain the consent process.
Ensure projects / services are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Liaise with clients, work supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining good relationships.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively.
Review work order submissions and variations to ensure accuracy, and prepare project-related documentation when needed.
Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
Analyze data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes.
