Out of school Assistant Centre Manager

We are recruiting for 2x Assistant Programme Manager covering 2 of our sites on the shore.

Job Description

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings (7am - 8.30am) and afternoons (2.30pm - 6pm) unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 10 contracted hours per week , rostered across Monday‑Friday , with potential school holiday programme hours available.

Responsibilities

• Run our sKids programmes day‑to‑day – from set‑up to smooth operations – while building relationships with our school communities.
• Supervise and join Tamariki in activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music.
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Be the friendly, go‑to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive.
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day.
• Arrive early to prep activities, co‑ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start.
