Civil Labourer

We're looking for multiple experienced Civil Labourers to join a busy civil team in Cambridge.

Location : Cambridge

Start date : Early morning starts available

Pay rate : $25–$27 per hour (paid weekly)

In this role, your duties may include :

Clearing construction areas of debris, vegetation, or old materials

Setting up barricades, signage, and safety fencing

Assisting with setting out levels and boundaries under supervision

Loading, unloading, and moving materials like concrete and timber

Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as gravel and bitumen

Operating small plant and hand tools (e.g., compactors, drills)

Assisting machinery operators and maintaining tools / equipment

To be successful in this role, you'll need :

A full Class 1 driver licence

WTR endorsement (an advantage)

Proven civil labouring experience

Strong work ethic and good physical fitness
