Information Tools builds Harmoni, a cloud analytics platform used by leading brands to turn survey and market research data into decisions. As part of our Product Delivery Group, you’ll help keep a global SaaS product fast, reliable and delightful to use.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a Support Full‑Stack Developer to diagnose, fix and ship improvements across our stack. You’ll be the technical go‑to for issues raised by Customer Success and internal users, working closely with our developers, testers and product folks to keep customers productive every day.
What you’ll do
- Triage, investigate and resolve tickets in Azure DevOps across multiple environments and product versions.
- Reproduce issues, identify root cause and implement fixes across the stack (backend, frontend, database).
- Communicate clearly with Customer Success and stakeholders on status, ETAs, risks and workarounds.
- Collaborate with QA to verify fixes in test / mirror systems; iterate until ready for release.
- Contribute small enhancements and code improvements aligned to our standards.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call roster for priority incidents (details discussed during interviews).
- Champion usability, accessibility, performance and security best practices.

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology or similar, or equivalent experience.Relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications are a plus.How to apply
